Works great so far. I only wish there was a way to add 7tv emotes to the alternate player for a better chat experience. Maybe there's a feature there for that but I havent found it.

This is currently broken with chat being blocked/non functional with the error "www.twitch.tv is blocked www.twitch.tv refused to connect. ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE"

This is a life saver. My wifi isn't the best and the normal twitch player lags every couple of minutes or even multiple times a minute. This player rarely ever lags, the video screen is larger, and it completely blocks ads. My only complaint is that the live stream is always about 20 seconds behind, but the chat is in real time. So if you type something, it takes 20 seconds for your message to appear on the stream.

Great app, anyone having problems with the dark mode not saving, going to the twitch page and toggling it to light then dark again fixed it for me.

Yes, same issue w/ dark mode not saving. Still the best way to block twitch ads, thank you continued support :)

In the new update the full-featured chat is no longer in dark mode by default every time you enter the stream you have to select the dark mode option, please fix it

only actual twitch adblock. Quality gets low during when hiding ads but it works fine.

Extension doesn't reddem points. Everything else is good.

Been a staple for watching twitch! My only gripe is that it constantly reconnects to chat, so I get a ton of "Welcome to the chat room!" messages. Is there any way to fix this?

Only method that has consistently held up and worked reliably w/o having to configure proxy block. Personally I'd prefer to use twitch's native embedded window if that were possible but this is still solid enough as a middle-ground solution

The adblock doesn't work.

blocks ads for now and is quick to load chat and player.

Finally checked the Latest News page and found out you can have 7TV emotes if you (1) disable 7TV ext, (2) enable this and frankerfacez extension, and (3) enable their 7TV add-on. Generally everything works as of November 2023. Except for a few functions maybe like following. Much much smoother experience than the original. With 7TV working it's perfect, IMO. Oh and it had a really good feature of being able replay the last ~30 second (kinda like a youtube stream). Was really useful when something fast happened and you weren't paying attention.

So for those of you complaining about the buffering their is a reason its just a placeholder really if you watch on a new window without this extension turned on and one with you'll see the buffer on this addon yes but if you're watching the same stream with the window without its the add playing and tha addon stops the buffering as soon as the ads stop so it's not really blocking the ads its just stickling a buffering ad logo emplace of another ad... Not really blocking ads if you ask me....

Doing gods work. I love this extension even if it isn't supported anymore.

Stopped working, used to work great but now won't even buffer and play anything.
